“Hello dear authors and readers of our new online encyclopedia!

Let's work together on its Russian version! It depends on us what the new encyclopedia will look like in Russian.

You can write on any subject of interest to you.

You can write as much as you want.

Everyone can make their own additions and revisions to any page of the online encyclopedia or, if they wish, start a new page.

Good luck to everybody out there!”

The first article of Wikipedia in Russian titled “Russia” was created on 8:44 AM. The first text began with the words, “Russia is a great country.”
